Privacy policy.

This policy explains how APG Customs collects and uses information when you visit apgcustoms.com, call the shop, submit a build request or ask about a listed vehicle.
Notice at Collection
APG collects the following categories from you, your browser or device, and the ad or referring site that brought you here. You can use the direct opt-out below to stop optional Google measurement.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Some privacy laws use “sale” or “sharing” to cover advertising data practices even when no money changes hands. Use this direct control to turn off optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement for this browser. A Global Privacy Control signal also turns off both categories. This choice does not stop essential site security or the delivery of a request you choose to submit.
You can change individual measurement choices through the Privacy choices control in the footer. For requests about information already collected, contact APG using the details below.
Information you provide
When you request a quote, contact APG or ask about a listed vehicle, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details including stock number and VIN, service or purchase interest, build goals and any other details you choose to provide.
Website and device information
We may collect limited technical information such as page views, referring pages, device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address and interactions with phone links or forms. Security services may also process network and device signals to prevent spam and abuse.
How information is used
- Respond to your request and discuss parts, fitment, pricing or scheduling.
- Route APG service and installation requests directly to the APG team.
- Route an inquiry about a listed vehicle to the Pettus dealership selling that vehicle.
- Operate, secure and improve the website and lead process.
- Measure advertising and website performance.
- Comply with applicable obligations and protect APG, customers and the public.
How current website information is disclosed
APG uses the following current website and request-delivery paths:
- Build requests go through a PettusAuto-operated lead intake service, which records delivery status and sends the contact, vehicle and build details to APG and Pettus team email addresses through an email delivery provider. This APG request route has no dealership CRM destination.
- Vehicle inquiries submitted on the APG inventory page go through the PettusAuto lead intake service. It checks the current stock number and VIN, determines the selling dealership from the active inventory feed and sends the inquiry through an email delivery provider to that dealership's DriveCentric Internet lead queue.
- Website hosting and security services receive network, device and security information to operate the site and prevent abuse.
- When Analytics measurement is on, Google Analytics receives limited website activity. When Google Ads conversion measurement is on, Google Ads may receive ad-click information and completed-request conversion events to measure ads. APG's custom Google events do not include quote-form contact fields or free-text build details. The Google Analytics account data-sharing setting is described below.
Opt out of optional Google measurement at any time. A Global Privacy Control signal also turns it off. If you open a full PettusAuto.com vehicle listing and inquire there, that request is handled through PettusAuto.com.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Essential storage supports site security, form delivery and saved privacy preferences. For visitors detected in the United States, APG uses a Google Analytics 4 property to measure approved page paths, call-link clicks and completed requests after displaying a cookie notice. APG uses Google Ads conversion measurement for completed APG build requests; vehicle sales inquiries have a separate Analytics event and do not trigger that APG build conversion. Google may receive Google click identifiers, a selected service category, event details, limited page and referring URLs, and technical information. We do not intentionally send contact fields, stock numbers, VINs or free-text form details to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
The APG Analytics property belongs to the Pettus Automotive Google Analytics account. Its Google products and services data-sharing option is enabled, allowing Google to use Analytics data to improve its products and services under Google's terms. The APG property currently permits ads-personalization use by region, while Google Signals is off, personalized advertising is disabled on the APG Google Ads link, and this site's Google tag requests no ads personalization or remarketing pageview. These site and link controls do not turn off the account data-sharing option.
In locations where affirmative consent is required, analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement remain off until you allow them. You can turn either measurement category off at any time with the “Privacy choices” control in the footer. A browser Global Privacy Control signal turns off optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement on this site. Saved refusals are honored on return visits.
Security and retention
APG uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No online system is completely secure. APG reviews retention against customer follow-up, operational, security and applicable legal needs; the category-specific criteria and GA4 settings are summarized in the Notice at Collection above.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your APG request, email ben@apgcustoms.com or call 636-243-8488. APG may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where applicable obligations require it. You can also use these contacts to ask APG to stop further marketing communications.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and APG does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its request forms.
Policy changes
APG may update this policy as the website or its service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
