APG Customs
Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information APG Customs collects through apgcustoms.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective and last updated: August 4, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us when you request information, ask about a vehicle or build, or submit another website form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, build goals, service interests, and comments.
We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with the website. We use cookies and similar technologies as described below.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and help plan, quote, schedule, or follow up on a custom vehicle project.
- Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Understand website performance and which content or campaigns are useful.
- Measure advertising and, where you have allowed it, support relevant advertising.
- Meet legal obligations and protect our customers, business, and services.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our site uses a CookieYes consent banner and Google Site Kit. Site Kit connects services that may include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. These tools can help us understand site use, measure conversions, diagnose performance, and prepare campaigns. Advertising tags are not currently connected to an APG Google Ads account.
Nonessential analytics and advertising storage is set to denied until you make a choice through the consent banner. You can accept, reject, or manage categories, and you can revisit your choice at any time using the cookie settings icon on the site. Necessary technologies used for security, basic site operation, and saving your consent choice may remain active.
Embedded content or links from services such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or Pettus dealership sites may allow those providers to receive information when you interact with their content. Their own privacy policies control their use of that information.
When we share information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the site, deliver forms and email notifications, maintain security, provide analytics, manage consent, or measure advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
California privacy choices
California residents may have the right to know or access personal information, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and receive equal service without discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
APG Customs does not sell personal information for money. If targeted advertising activity is considered “sharing” under California law, you may opt out by rejecting nonessential cookies or adjusting Cookie Settings. You may also send a request to ben@apgcustoms.com. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as an opt-out request where applicable and technically supported.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification of authorization.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to project inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. Retention varies by the type of information and our relationship with you.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, vendors, or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest revision.
